2. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about AR Timber and products or services relating to timber, plywood, veneers, laminates, louvers, hardware, architectural materials, and associated project support.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, availability, specifications, and other information accurately. Materials, finishes, dimensions, availability, and pricing may change, and screen appearance may differ from physical products.

Website content is general information and is not automatically a binding quotation, offer, or guarantee unless formally confirmed by AR Timber.

4. Enquiries & WhatsApp

The “For Enquiry” form prepares a WhatsApp message using information entered by the visitor. The visitor chooses whether to send that message through WhatsApp. Starting or sending an enquiry does not itself create an order, contract, reservation, or obligation to supply.

5. Quotations & Billing

Formal quotations, invoices, specifications, and other transaction documents issued or confirmed by AR Timber govern the corresponding commercial transaction. Any applicable price, quantity, payment, delivery, or project terms should be confirmed in those documents or directly with AR Timber.

6. Acceptable Website Use

You must not misuse the website or related systems. Prohibited activity includes:
