AR Timber respects the privacy of visitors, customers, and authorized business users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through the AR Timber website, ERP system, enquiry functionality, and authorized backup services.

Depending on how AR Timber's services are used, information may include customer names, phone numbers, billing and invoice information, business transaction records, inventory records, payment or outstanding-balance information, and details voluntarily entered into website forms.
We seek to handle only information relevant to enquiries, customer service, sales, accounting, inventory management, business administration, security, and authorized recovery operations.
2. Website Enquiries
The “For Enquiry” form asks for a name, city, requirement, and an optional business name. Submitting the form prepares a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp so the visitor can choose whether to send it.
This enquiry flow does not automatically store the entered information in AR Timber's backend database. WhatsApp is a third-party service and is governed by its own privacy practices; AR Timber does not control WhatsApp's systems.
3. ERP Business Data
Authorized AR Timber ERP users may create and manage customer records, invoices, ledger entries, inventory information, payments, and outstanding balances. This information is used for ordinary business activities such as preparing quotations and bills, managing stock, maintaining accounts, serving customers, and tracking receivables.
4. Google Drive Backup & Google OAuth
The private AR Timber Backup integration may request Google Drive access solely for backup and recovery operations authorized by the business owner or an authorized administrator.
Where enabled, this access may be used to upload encrypted ERP backups, verify backup files, download backups for recovery or testing, and maintain authorized backup retention. Where enabled, the backup system is designed to encrypt business backup data before it is stored in Google Drive.
5. Google User Data
Google account access is used only for the authorized backup functionality. AR Timber does not sell Google user data or use Google Drive data for advertising. Google Drive data is not transferred to unrelated third parties except where reasonably required for legitimate infrastructure, security, recovery, or legal purposes.
AR Timber Backup's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to applicable Google API Services User Data requirements, including limited use requirements where applicable.
6. Data Security
AR Timber applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to its systems. These may include HTTPS, restricted administrator access, server-side authentication, access controls, limited credential exposure, and an encrypted off-site backup design where enabled.
No internet-connected or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Safeguards are reviewed and improved as operational needs evolve.
7. Data Retention
Business records may be retained for accounting, customer service, recovery, security, and legitimate operational purposes, subject to application retention rules and applicable requirements. Information may be corrected, archived, or removed when it is no longer reasonably required, where appropriate.
8. Third-party Services
AR Timber may rely on Google Drive and Google APIs for authorized backup functions, WhatsApp for visitor-initiated communications, and hosting, domain, security, and infrastructure providers to operate the website and business systems. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
